Holker took part in Earth, Wind and Fire's opening and closing ceremonies during the Olympic Games of 2002. In addition, she appeared in Disney's High School Musical 2 and High School Musical. Her appearances in range of commercials. She was promoted to the Top 8 in So You Think You Can Dance's second season, as well as performing in the SYTYCD nationwide tour. Louis Van Amstel was the choreographer of a performance called Ballroom with a Twist. On the PBS Special Tried and True, she performed alongside Holker and Clay Aiken (American Idol Clay Aiken).
